Our Founder
Bishop Nathaniel Small, Sr., is the founder and Bishop of New Salem Community Fellowship Church. His wife of many years, Evangelist Jackie Small has worked continually along his side in ministry from the inception.
Our Pastors
Our Senior Pastors are Elder Raymond Rouse and Pastor Clara Rouse. These two have served New Salem since inception in various roles.
